We typically ship orders within 1-2 working days after receiving them, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, with deliveries postponed to Monday. The transportation time is usually 2-3 working days, but may be delayed due to special circumstances.

If a package is returned due to customer reasons, the customer will bear the return shipping costs, and we will only refund the cost of the goods.
